Single sign-in across features
Use one set of credentials to stay authenticated with TMS Online and access any feature you've purchased — no more juggling logins.
Owner-controlled access
Owners decide who in the team can use which feature. Permissions are managed centrally and apply everywhere the user signs in.
Self-service sign-up
New customers can request access directly from the sign-in screen. Submissions route to our support team, who onboard you and hand over credentials.

GT MotorLink — cash job estimating
We've partnered with GT to bring their visual quoting system for cash jobs straight into Teamwork. Quote, calculate, and import the assessment back into Teamwork without leaving the workflow.
The charge is confirmed in-app before any credit is spent — so there's never a surprise deduction.
- One charge per DR — subsequent access to the same quote is covered.
- Quote with no upfront risk: the conversion fee only applies when you win the job.
- Send assessments back into Teamwork — new parts, operations, and value changes are confirmed on screen before import.
- Every job and conversion is tracked in the billing dashboard for a full expense breakdown.
The workflow
AI Document Scanning
Activate AI processing on any job to extract data from supporting documents. Credits are bundled and shared across the job — run as many documents as you need on a single job for one flat charge.
Credit bundles show current balance on activation — you always see what it will cost before you commit.
- Bundle-based pricing — buy credits in packs and burn them down per job.
- One-credit activation unlocks the whole job — process any number of documents without further charges.
- Activations and adjustments appear alongside GT transactions in the same billing ledger.

A rebuilt dashboard experience with a new title screen, deeper drill-downs, year-on-year sales and profit charts, and a brand-new Repair Overview that surfaces bottlenecks and loss-making jobs the moment they happen.

A central landing page with quick access to Dashboards, Repairs & Quotes, Settings, and Help — plus a recent-jobs list on the side.
Login announcements
New features and important messages now appear on login, so your team sees what's changed the moment they sign in.
Drill-down classic dashboard
The classic overview is still there, now with tabs that open a detailed, visual breakdown of every section at a click.
Sales & profit history
Two new dashboards compare this year's revenue and profit against the prior year, so trends jump out without building a report.
Repair Overview
Spot bottlenecks, stalled vehicles, and overdue jobs across every repair department — including wash bay and other areas without clocking, which get time-in-department targets of their own.
Loss-making jobs flagged
With the clocking system, Repair Overview compares produced hours against sold hours and flags any job running over — before the loss hits the books.
Repairs & Quotes browser
Familiar Teamwork filters with a top-50 job list. Open any job for a read-only view of client, vehicle, rates, discounts, parts, and full repair progress with production issues flagged.
In-app tutorial videos
The Help menu on the title screen opens tutorial videos covering each dashboard and the new functionality — onboarding without leaving the app.
The dashboard is read-only. Edits still happen in Teamwork and Creditors — the new experience is about seeing what's going on across every job, faster.
Improvements across Teamwork
A round of upgrades and integrations landing alongside this release — focused on accuracy, automation, and cutting out manual steps.
Sikkens costing rebuilt
The Sikkens paint costing module has been rewritten from the ground up — better accuracy, performance, and reliability when calculating paint material costs.
Refinity Paint System
Full paint integration with Refinity — costing, mixing, and inventory data flow straight into Teamwork.
Mixit BMS API integration
Teamwork now talks directly to the Mixit BMS API, automating data exchange with Mixit's paint mixing and inventory platform.
Smartex V2 integration
Updated integration with Smartex, supporting the V2 API and data formats. You can now send to Lightstone automatically — no more manual uploads.
SANTAM tax invoices & email subjects
SANTAM documents now meet the updated Tax Invoice requirements, and the order number is automatically included in the email subject line for easier tracking.
Per-branch bank details on statements
Statements can now print different bank account details per entity or branch — flexible billing across multiple accounts without manual edits.
Rename files inside BINs
Rename attached files directly from the BIN file manager — no more jumping out to the file system.
Resizable search form
Resize the search form to fit your screen — see more results at a glance on larger displays.
