How It All Goes Together
- Each station can have a ClockIT box on the wall—up to six by default. With an additional controller, you can have up to twelve.
- Each employee has a unique RF ID Tag.
- Each job has a unique set of barcodes.
The Process:
- 1. Employees scan their RFID tag to "clock in" when arriving at work for the day.
- 2. Each job is associated with a barcode, which is included in a printed list or attached to the jobcard or vehicle.
- 3. When an employee is ready to start work on a job, they first scan their RFID tag, which activates the barcode scanner. They then scan the barcode of the job they are working on. This information is transmitted to a centralized MPU (Master Process Unit), which time-stamps and stores the data, enabling the TeamWork system to track the job's progress.
- 4. Employees do not "clock off" a job upon completion but instead scan into the next job. If they leave early (e.g., for a personal appointment), they scan out of the premises.

Easily print and scan barcodes for general non-job time such as Training, Cleaning, Workshop Maintenance, Smoke Break, Team Meetings, Toolbox Talks, Stock Taking, or even Idle Time. Perfect for capturing every minute spent productively in your workshop.
