Her experience in the insurance and assessing fields make her an invaluable member of the Team. She will be in charge of making our users (and prospective users) happy. K&A Smart XLS export fixed (12/06/2006)12 June : K&A Smart have
reported that the chassis number field moves to the left after 25 entries on the
XLS file. This has been fixed on TeamWork Ver 6.1d, but has not yet been
released. To prevent this in the meanwhile, please click on the "Advanced"
tab which appears on the "Excel Export Setup" screen and select "Continuous
Mode" Smartex system support stopped (18/04/2006)It is with some regret that we have decided to withdraw from what we have called the “Smartex” project. We entered the project in good faith to supply the best service possible to both the TeamWork users and K&A Smart but we did not anticipate the political ramifications.
However, we do understand that the relevant data must still be made available
for K&A Smart to continue their service to the repairers. In version 6 of the
TeamWork system (which will be released before the 24th April 2006),
there is
a “K&A Smart” report which
you may
print at
your
leisure and fax to
K&A Smart - or -
you may opt to export the report to a Excel Spreadsheet and email this to K&A

More staff at TMS (25/03/2006)In order for us to maintain our service levels to the industry, we are employing an additional two staff members and we welcome Gerald to the Team. Gerald has an electronic background and will be maintaining the Costex systems both on-site and telephonically. We are in the process of interviewing for the second position and if you know of a likely candidate, please ask them to forward their CV to zane@tmsteamwork.co.za. The position is for an additional "on-site" person for training and support purposes in the Gauteng region - all necessary training will be provided. BMW ANF system (20/2/2006)The majority of BMW ARC (factory Approved Repair Centers) in South Africa use some or all of our systems. In conjunction with BMW, we wrote a system for the ARCs to email Accident Notification and Completed Repair certificates directly to Motorplan. If you are a BMW ARC, please give us a call for more information.
