Sending SMS via TeamWork.
Keeping your clients
informed of everything from Excess amount to progress of the repairs has never
been easier.
Simply open the RO file for the customer and select the "Send SMS" option on the
printing menu. Select from one of the default SMS messages (or type your
own) and press the Send SMS button. Moments later the SMS appears on the
client's cell phone and confirmation of the delivered message is sent to an
email address of your choosing.
