Reminder System
Remindex is the
ultimate tool for you to maintain in contact with your customer’s needs. Every
day your staff make promises to your customers and it’s your responsibility to
make sure these promises are kept. Trying to get the details of the promises
from your staff, remember them and make sure they are acted upon is a near
impossible task – so – Remindex was developed.
Remindex uses pop-up screens to :-

Remind you at a
date and time of your choosing of anything you have asked it to.

Send Reminders
to other TeamWork users on the network .

Send instant
pop-up messages to any XP computer in the network.

Instantly inform
you of any job which has logged a parts problem (Needs
Costex
to work)

Instantly inform
you of any job which has moved from one department to another in the workshop
(Needs
Costex
to work))

Allow you to
constantly track the progress of selected jobs as they move from one
department to another in the workshop.

Remind you of
any jobs which require constant “Customer Follow-up” to be done so that you
can keep selected customers current with the repair progress.
Every computer in
your network which has access to TeamWork will be able to run Remindex. Once it
is running, you will have an icon on the right hand side of the Windows system
tray on your screen. To access the system, simply Right Click on the icon and
the Remindex Menu will appear.
