Our latest offering to the Repair Industry is a simple, fast and cheap method of quoting.


We live in Africa, we work in Africa and we deal with uniquely African terms and conditions.  European, British and American quoting systems were developed in those respective countries for their requirements - but - do they fit our African requirements?  Do manufacturer's flat rate times work in our local Repair facilities?  Do the weeks of training required to operate the systems really pay off?  Do we really have to learn a foreign language just to operate them?  Are they simple to use?

No, we thought not. 

So, we set out to develop a local product and we have called it QuickQuotes.  The concept is simple, effective and so unique that we have taken patents out on it :-

The QuickQuotes Principal

The estimator selects the make, model and style of the damaged vehicle.  He then selects the damaged area and QuickQuotes instantly gives him a basket of parts which would be damaged in the typical accident type.  Together with the parts (and current manufacturer's pricing for them) QuickQuotes also gives the strip and assemble times and painting based on a "per panel" system.

The entire quote, including labour and paint is setup in our office by a South African estimator with 30 years of experience in the industry.  Once the "master" QuickQuote for a model is completed by our estimator, it is uploaded onto our web server.  Every morning, the QuickQuote system on your own computer automatically updates itself with the latest master quotes - a process which takes less than a minute to do.  This ensures that all QuickQuote users have the latest models and pricing.

Now the estimator can remove the parts he does not want and/or modify the labour and paint, etc to suit the circumstance.

The SECRET OF SUCCESS !!! :-
Any alterations made by the estimator cause QuickQuotes to ask the following question :-

If the estimator clicks "YES", the amended quote is emailed to our webserver and there it is inspected by our master estimator.  If the alteration is valid, the master quote is updated and the re-released to all the QuickQuote users.  In this way, our QuickQuotes develop and improve with constant input from the South African Automotive Repair Industry itself !!
