Paint and Consumables stock control and costing

Controlling paint and consumables costs are an important part of the daily running of a panelshop - but - how to do this? The TMS Consumables Manager was designed to allow you to record paint purchases by the liter and take them out of stock by entering the appropriate paint formula (by the gram). It also has a full stock control for all the consumables purchases made in both the Paint Shop (masking tape, water paper, thinners, etc) and the Panel Shop (production paper, file blades, gas, etc). Of course, all the data is automatically interfaced with TeamWork to give you final job costing!

The Consumables Manager will :

Decrease "shrinkage" in your paint and consumables
Allow you to look-up paint the actual formulas used on come-back jobs
Check who is taking stock
Interface with the relevant RO file in TeamWork to give you a Profit analysis
